Depends on whether it is a good steak. If I'm getting a lousy cut of meat, you can go ahead and fry it up, add sauce, go to town. But if I've got a really nice dry-aged piece of meat I want it rare to preserve the moist center.

Hey Kalvin, I like the horseradish or horseradish dip option too. I always get it in restaurants that have prime rib as a side. Best condiment for a steak!
Well done, but medium well is good.. (preferd, striploin on the grill, with a side dip of horseradish)
