I need help with eating disorder.?

Ive had this wierd disorder for a long time. Ive become really picky and dont each many different kinds of food. Like i eat pizza, mac and cheese, yogurt, and a protein bar. Thats basically what i eat almost every day. I try new foods but it just doesnt taste that good to me. What should i do?


Answers:
don't worry about it too much unless you start losing lots of weight, then I would look for some professional help.
Other than that, we all go through phases in our lives, some are more pronounced than others, and some revolve around food, activity, smoking, drinking etc. As long as you remember that all of our habits change when we want them to and when they are ready to!
keep trying different stuff and you might find a new favourite!

thats not an eating disorder - its called taste!

well im sure there are PLENTY of foods out there that you havnt yet tried.
you never know..you might really enjoy them!!
and try things similar to what you like.
ex:mac and cheese is pasta, so try other pastas like fetuchini, lasagna and spaghetti.
get my point?
or when youre eating foods, try different toppings like on your pizza.
try different yogurts and protein bars too.
instead of yogurt, try yogurt pretzels or instead of a protein bar, try a chewy bar.
this can help you eat more things and get usto other foods so that you'll eventually eat more things.

I don't think you should be so hard on yourself, some people are picky eaters. I wouldn't call it a disorder but it would probably be a good idea to start with different fruits and vegetables in different variations to see how you like them as it doesn't look like you eat many of these. Like for starters I wouldn't normally eat spinach but I have found an awesome spinach cheese dip(not the best example). Maybe you haven't had things cooked the right way. Its a big world out there, I am excited for you! This is a good chance to get with a friend or relative or two and go and taste it!

cut one fresh lime and squeeze in 200 ml of water and drink it first thing in the morning. Do not add salt or sugar but take in plain water. Do this every morning for about a month and see the change in your eating habits.

You should try different things! you might like them.
