Recipes: Spanish meal?!

Question: Recipes: Spanish meal?
My husband's family is flying in from Spain, and he told them I am an excellent chef. What I didn't know was that they expected me to cook a Spanish-style cuisine! I need recipes for a Spanish appetizer (one or more), a main course, a side dish, and a dessert. Thanks to all!

My son and I enjoyed this side dish a couple weeks ago.

Spanish Rice

Ingredients
? 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
? 1 cup uncooked white rice
? 1 onion, chopped
? 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
? 2 cups water
? 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilis
? 2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
? 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Saute rice, onion, and bell pepper until rice is browned and onions are tender.
2. Stir in water and tomatoes. Season with chili powder and salt. Cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.

For an appetizer look under tapas in Google, I'm sure they will give you plenty. For a main dish or a dessert I have no guidance, sorry.

You might want to ask your relatives what they would like you to make.
