Your advise on this please?!

Question:

Your advise on this please?

I am catering for 150 ppl. They want me to grill and bbq carne asada and boneless leg meat (chicken) and bbq beef ribs with mexican rice and beans. Now is $10.00 a dish sound like too much. Each dish will come with all of the above foods.

$10 a dish is about $2-$3 cheaper than it should be!

Yeah, thats a little high, better go with $8 if your charging them directly. Unless you are providing actual porcelin dinnerwear, and washing the dishes as well.

It all depends on if you added your Personal fee and product mark-up. 10.00 sounds about right excluding the other fees

I know at the last dinner we held for a banquet of 100 people. a smorg of food chicken, meatballs, pork cuttlets ect was right on the 10.00 mark. hope that helped.

I guess it depends on where you live, but even in Mexico, where I live, that would be a bargain.
