Is there any nutritional value in pork?!

Question:

Is there any nutritional value in pork?

I don't think so, but in case I'm wrong, please feel free to school me.

Answers:
Yeah, it tastes good and makes you fat

There's some proteins, some fat. Pretty much the same in all meats. Don't rely on it as a staple.

Of course. It is meat, good source of protien and vitamin B12.
Mdern pork is usually leaner than chicken so don't believe the fat myth.

lots of protein, but not so good on vitamins or minerals

Pork is a source of protein and fat. Fat is necessary in the body but it should be at the right amount.

Pork is very high in thiamin. BACON taste good...pork-chops taste good!

good source of protein and a lean meat too. I stay away from bacon and usually ham but do love to cook a loin cut.

sure lots of vitamin B, Zinc, protein and a lot more

Yes. Very high in protein and lean - most of the fat is found in the skin and below the surface and can easily be removed.
