Answers:
I believe this may be what you are looking for:

Mango Lassi

Ingredients

3 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup sugar (I suppose you could use honey here)
1 oz pistachios, ground

Directions

In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar. Whisk briskly until completely mixed. Chill.

To serve, pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Here's something else I found as well:
SUMMER SPECIAL MANGO FLOAT

1 c. fresh ripe mango, sliced
2 c. milk
1 c. vanilla ice cream
1 or 2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Combine mango, honey and milk in a blender and whirl for a few seconds. Add the almond extract and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Serve and top with a scoop of ice cream.

Another:
MANGO MILK SHAKE

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 lg. can mango pulp
5 tbsp. ground almonds or pistachios, chopped
1 c. milk

Mix the ice cream and the mango pulp. Add the ground almonds and the milk to the ice cream mixture. Blend at high speed in a blender. It should be served right away. If you have a chilled glass, that works well.
