Answers:
any brand as long as it has 74% cocoa butter or more! this will make it easy to melt in your mouth and give you that warm feeling faster; instead of having that plastic feel and hard to melt in your mouth, because they needed to make it commercialize for the market and used vegetable oil in place of cocoa butter. in my baking i use callebaut couverture.

White chocolate with coconut. I can't remember the brand...but it is SOOO goodl. They sell it at Cost Plus.

When I was a kid, I used to like toblerone, crunch, and hershey's. But now, the best chocolate for me is a Swiss made chocolate. Any kind of Swiss chocolate. It's the best! You should try it! :)

chocolate with hole peanuts and caramel or chocolate with almonds.It's the best try it too!!!
