Answers:
im in love w/ my lemon butter shrimp fettucini.
cook finely chopped celery, onion, bell pepper in olive oil until onions are translucent.
prepare your shrimp by cleaning and peeling, then marinate in salt, pepper, and red pepper flake w/ olive oil.{use all those spices to taste, it you don't like it hot, cut back on the red pepper}
once the veggies are done, add about 1/4-1/3 cup of butter, and two large cloves of minced garlic and put over low heat. squeeze in juice of half lemon. start cooking pasta, spread shrimp in one layer in sheet pan, bake @ 350* for about 7-15 min. when pasta is al dente, remove about 1/2 cup of the starchy liquids and add to butter sauce along w/ fresh italin parsley to taste.
in large serving bowl, place chopped scallions and slice balck olives, add hot pasta on top, immediately salt to taste. pour butter sauce over pasta, add hot shrimp and toss.
you can serve this cold or hot, add shaved parmesan or romano cheese.
this is so good!!! i eat it and make it for family often and everyone loves it.

macaroni, after I cook it I just about a tablespoon of butter sprinkle a lot of parmasean cheese on it and Salt and pepper. I hate macaroni and cheese the store bought stuff.

Lemon Spagetti; It is so good and really easy to make when you don't feel like cooking.

1 pound spaghetti
2/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the oil, Parmesan, and lemon juice in a large bowl to blend.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid. Toss the pasta with the lemon sauce, and the reserved cooking liquid, adding 1/4 cup at a time as needed to moisten. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon zest and chopped basil.

Bow tie pasta with a good alfredo sauce. Sauteed mushrooms and garlic. All mixed together with cooked chicken breast. The Olive Garden makes this dish TO DIE FOR! However, it can be done at home, ALMOST as good.

My moms home made lasagna.!

My favorite type of pasta is linguni and I like it with cuttle fish in its (black) ink.
Clean the fish (or have the fish monger clean it for you) and save the ink sack.
Cut the cuttle fish up unto bite sized pieces.
Pour some olive oil in your pan, let get hot and put some chopped onion & a small dried hot pepper in and let cook some, add 2 crushed cloves of garlic and cook but do not let the garlic burn. Add the cuttle fish, stir and add a small glass of dry white wine. Stir and cover for 10 minutes, uncove and add 4 heaping table spoons of crushed roma tomatoes - cover and cook on low heat for about halh hour or until the cuttle fish is soft. Check for salt.
Spoon this this jet black "sauce" over linguini - it's the tops.
This is also good alone with a side of polenta.

Lasagna & Fettucinie in an Alfredo sauce

Capellini(angel hair pasta)my fav.I like it plain with butter, salt and maybe a little fresh parsley.

Tortiglioni or sometimes called Cavatappi.....it holds the sauce you put with it. Nothing is better.

penne and/or rigatoni
i just throw store bough into a pot and boil or15 minutes. i like my pasta mushy . i like ragu original meat sauce with some extra ground pork thrown into the pasta sauce.

I don't see anything hard about this question. Definately Spaghetti, my way.

Boil a box of thin angel hair pasta. Get one full jar of traditional RAGU pasta sauce and heat it over the stove. Mix together when cooked and enjoy!

Penne pasta with vodka sauce. Yummy if you add some chicken also.

ALL pasta. I have too many recipes to mention. Yahoo would have to delete my account if I gave you all my recipes on this question board.

I don't have a favorite type of pasta, but my favorite brand is Barilla....the best! The pasta has that fresh made taste, and I love it's al Dente texture (unless you over cook it)

give it a try...you'll see what I mean.
