I eat a very balance diet normally but gosh it's Friday and I'm not cooking today.

And I'm not fat - I'm 9st!!

I recommend a nice tofu burger on a whole-wheat bun. Couldn't hurt!

Check it out chick, I'm a personal trainer, so you can trust my advice......it all depends on what you eat throught the day(or plan to)......supplement your dinner for what you have lacked throughout the day.....if your going on taste only, however, I couldn't say cuz of the three i have only experienced Chinese food- and it is GOOD! If I was you, I would choose something new.

Since you are in a quandary about it may I suggest that you start a course of eating healthy.
There is so much going on today about fast foods and fried foods that are really causing health problems.
I won't question you about your present condition or whether you are a bit over weight or not but now is the time since you have presented the question to investigate how to eat healthy.

Try this, its yummy:-)
Ingredients:

* 300 g Mushrooms, quartered
* 50 g Cashew nuts
* 2 Spring Onions, chopped
* 1 small Onion, sliced
* A pinch of Chinese Fivespice
* 2 tsp Soy sauce
* 2 tsp sweet Chilli sauce
* 1 tbsp Olive/ Sesame oil
* Salt and Pepper

Method:

* Fry mushrooms, onion, spring onions and cashew nuts in a wok in the oil for 3 minutes.
* Add the fivespice, soy and sweet chilli sauce and stir well.
* Cook the mushrooms for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Serve with egg noodles as a main dish or on its own as a starter.

Use chopsticks and sit on the ground. It will feel more organic!

None, have 3 ryvita with sliced tomato, thats what im havin, cant eat much before i go to work and i will only get jealous thinking of you eating something really lush.

Good old fish and chips.

chinese food is great once in awhile especially boneless pork spare ribs with pork fried rice and egg rolls
