Teen Kosher appetizers?!

Question: Teen Kosher appetizers?
I have to organize and prepare food for 100 people at a bar mitzfah, but this is the first time I have ever cooked Kosher. I know all of the guidelines (no meat and dairy together, things such as that) but I don't have any clue what to make. And this is also for mainly a teenager group, so I was thinking one of the appetizers could be as simple as pigs in a blanket?
Any help on this would be awesome

Answers:

you can serve them, but please don't call them pigs in a blanket. bad idea bec/ pig is very unkosher. you will need kosher hot dogs and a crust that has no butter or milk products in it. corn chips and guacamole, and raw vegetables with a mayo-based dip for the vegetarians. for more sophisticated teens, sushi could be great.
