Answers:
FAMILY MEATLOAF

2 lbs ground round
1 cup bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small onion diced
1 clove garlic crushed
1 pkg meatloaf seasoning mix
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 small can tomato sauce

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, garlic, seasoning packet, and black pepper. Pour tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours on bottom rack of oven.

Final internal temperature should be 170°F for ground beef. Ovens vary, so check meatloaf after 1 hour.

Do you have potatoes? Make some shepeard's pie

Spaghetti? (Well I probably don't need to say for that)

Rice? Just have it with some rice

If you have buns you can make beef burgers out of them aswell

2 options:
1) Fry mince with finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp of tomato puree, add chilli if u like and some beans if y have any and serve with boiled rice.
2) mix the mince with 1 grated potato and 1 grated onion and 1 egg, mix well and make into patties, serve with potato wedge or roasted tomatoes.
Good Luck

spaghetti

or

if you have any cabbages, make sure stuff cabbage. saute the beef with onions and garlice. Set the cabbage on the plate like a bowl. Spoon beef mixture into cabbage and fold the cabbage. Use a toothpick to hold it down.
