How can Wendy's burgers never be frozen?!

Question:

How can Wendy's burgers never be frozen?

In all the new Wendy's commercials, they say that their burgers have never been frozen. How is that possible, with shipping, and storing etc.?

Answers:
You can store meat at 32-38 degrees.

It comes in to the store from the deliverer, then in kept in a walk-in cooler at temperature between 32-38 degrees.

I believe once processed Wendy's meat has a hold time of 9 days. Not completely sure about that, but I know the use-by date is on the side of the case.

I work at Wendy's so...

they are just kept in a cooler at a temp. higher then 32 degrees say at 34 then thet are never fozen

You can store food at 0-3 c or 27-30f. thats ok to store food for ages but its not frozen. I know this and I'm in England where We don't get Wendy's or White Castle

I think Wendy's is lying. Fresh meat goes bad quickly. They would be wasting a lot, if it was that fresh.

They buy the meat from the local butcher fresh every day.
The three fast food here buy from Walt's market.
I understand He buys local home grown beer from our 4H and FFA competition fairs

They are stored around 33

A friend of mine works for Thermo-King - they repair refrigeration units on trucks.

He told me that when Wendy's trucks would come in with a broken refrigeration unit and a bad load of meat - they would get the unit repaired and still deliver the bad meat.

Yum!
