Answers:
Dip in buttermilk or an egg and milk mix. Then coat in crushed corn flakes or a mix of flour season salt and pepper & paprika. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top for an added zest.

Or We love the Wal-mart brand of Spagetti sauces (the are $1 a jar and the BEST sauce i have ever tried Put thawed chicken in baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in oven till chicken is done and top with shredded mozzerella. This is great and simple!! (my fave is the itallian garden combitantion sauce) but any sauce will do.

There's also always Shank-n-bake!!

teriyaki sauce all the way

buy boneless chicken breast bistek season it a little (your preference) used a teaspoon of oil or butter/margarine and fry... mmmmmm... easy and yummy

Season with seasoning of choice, roll in flour, pan fry only to brown the meat, then lay out in a glass baking dish, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over it, then bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, yum! :)

Use Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Put the breasts in a glass baking dish, put Stove Top stuffing (made but not cooked) on either side and cover with Cream of Mushroom Soup. It is DELICIOUS and so easy. 1 pan and throw it in the oven. I don't know what to cook it at. Check Campbell's website...I'm sure they have the recipe...it's an old standard. This is the only thing I have ever made for my chef husband and he actually LIKED IT!

wrap in foil with your favortive sauce, bake til done [10 min]425 degree...

Oven fry it

Slice large rounds of potatoes into the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Slice 1 small onion on top of sliced potatoes. Dot top of onions with butter, salt & pepper. Take out a skillet, drizzle olive oil in bottom and quick fry your chicken until golden brown. Open a bag of frozen broccoli, place on top of your potatoes. Then put your chicken on top of the broccoli, pouring any dripping in the casserole dish too! Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake @ 350 for 35 - 45 minutes - making sure chicken is cooked through. Now you have your potatoes and onions and your vegetable and your meat, and all the flavors are cooked together - very good meal. You can use any vegetable you like in place of the broccoli.

marinate them in zesty Italian dressing and bake in a casserole dish with extra dressing (not marinade). We have this often at our house!

Place on small plate. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cheese, cracker crumbs, and broccolli bits.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Micowave High 4 minutes or 'till done.
Yummy!

Place in a glass baking dish, pour a bottle a marinade over the chicken, cover in aluminum foil and bake. You can buy any type of bottled marinade you like at the grocery store in the condiment section. I like the peppery ones. You can also use a bottle of Italian salad dressing, very good.

you should have most of this, if not all on hand
Garlic Chicken Recipe

4 large chicken breasts
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. olive oil or vegetable oil
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 t. ground sage
1/2 t. salt

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Rinse chickens and pat dry. Place chicken in a shallow roasting pan, skin side up. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and sage. Brush mixture on the chicken breasts.

Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Baste the chicken twice with the lemon and garlic mixture.

Serves 4.

looks 5 star but quick, delicious and cheap.

1) small sauce pan on low heat , simmer 1 can of cream of chicken soup with 1/2 can of milk.
2) in a fry pan, on medium heat, add 1/2 cup of oil then brown chunked cloves of garlic with about 1/2 an onion.
3) in a small sauce pan boil water, when boiling add i bag of "boil in a bag rice"
4) once everything is going, cut your boneless breasts into strips for stir frying, stir fry the chicken strips in the oil with the garlic and onions.

when everything is complete,
1) put a mound of rice on the center of a plate.
2) lay 5 strips of chicken on the mound of rice so they resemble a star fish.
3) drizzle the cream of chicken broth/gravy over the rice and chicken.
4) in the center palm of your hand put a little parsley 1/2 tsp or so, then gently rub your hands together so as to lightly sprinkle the parsley over the plate, not enough to taste, this is just for decoration.
