im allergic to eggs...

You could try one of the following and see how it goes:

To replace one egg, mix 2 tablespoons liquid, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 tablespoon shortening, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For a quick fix, you might try mayonnaise; 3 tablespoons per egg. This works because mayonnaise contains eggs, so don't use it if you're vegan or allergic to eggs.

1 tablespoon cornstarch plus 3 tablespoons water will also make one egg.

Gelatin is obviously a good binding agent. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water, then add 2 tablespoons boiling water. Beat the mix until becomes frothy. Bewarned, gelatin is not vegetarian (agar, or Japanese gelatin, is vegitarian, but works better for replacing the egg whites than for whole eggs).

ONE (1) egg equals any one of the following:

2 Tbs. flour
? tsp. oil
? tsp. baking powder
2 Tbs. liquid
****
2 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. oil
? tsp. baking powder
****
1 Tbs. flaxseed* (ground in coffee mill)
3 Tbs. warm water
****
1 Tbs. gelatin or fruit pectin
3 Tbs. warm water

Use the recipe posted here and just pick a substitute.

Good luck, hope I helped!

No you have to have eggs

Hushpuppies

Ingredients:
1 cup yellow stone-ground corn meal
1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tsps. of minced onions or hot peppers
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

For a dozen or so hush puppies, Beat 1 egg into 1/2 cup milk. Combine the yellow stone-ground corn meal, baking powder, salt, and minced onions or hot peppers and mix into a batter. Scoop the batter into the desired size for your hush puppies (2" diameter) and drop into the turkey fryer and cook until golden brown or a little darker.

TIP! make sure there is enough room in your fryer to drop four or five mixes without touching the sides or the bird.

Egg replacer for 1 egg
2/3 cup soy milk
1 1/4 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 onion, minced
1/2 cup sweet corn
4 green onions, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, de-seeded and diced
oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Mix the egg replacer with the soy milk in a large bowl. Add the corn meal, flour, black pepper, baking powder, sugar then stir in the onion, corn, green onion and jalapeno. Mix until well combined, then form into balls.
Heat the oil over high heat in a large skillet, and add hushpuppies a few at a time. Cook until firm and golden brown.

Why cant you eat eggs? they are good for you.

no the eggs is what keeps it together so you need it
