Any ideas on how to jazz up a can of corned beef or pork&beans?
Haven't had time to go out to the grocery store, and I need to eat now!
Answers:
cook some potatoes or eggs or cabbage to go with the corned beef and add it just to warm through.
cook some bacon or bulk sausage and crumble into the beans during heating. add some bbq sauce and orange juice to spice and freshen up the flavor a bit. bake in the oven until the top is bubbly to really bring out the flavors.
