How is fish fillet prepared?!

Question:

How is fish fillet prepared?

Answers:
Here's my favorite way:

Coat the bottom and sides of a small or shallow baking dish with olive oil. A little extra should sit on the bottom. Lay the fillets on top, making sure they do not overlap. On top of the fish, pour lemon juice and a little more olive oil. Put whatever spices you like on top. I usually do black pepper, garlic, sometimes oregano.

Cover the dish with tinfoil. Bake at 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes. In general, it will be less for lighter fish like tilapia or red snapper, more for denser fish like salmon. Depending on your oven, it may take more or less time. It should be flaky when you cut into it, not dense like when it was raw.

Enjoy! :)
