How do you make good guacamole?!

Question:

How do you make good guacamole?

Answers:
Collect the snot of 10,000 hyenas.

First, where do you live? I can purchase fresh Hass Avacados in a sealed bag in my local market. I then buy a chipotle salsa(Safeway or Albertson brand) and mix it in to taste. Mmmm...

I know one secret to having it not turn brown is to leave the pits (whole) in it, even when serving and it keeps it green, other than that some tomatoes and onions and season to taste usually does the trick.

This is very simple and tastes most authentic to the kind that Mexicans make, I am married to a Mexican man, and his mom lives with us.......depending on how much you want take that many avacados, sprinkle some garlic salt and squeeze half a fresh lemon....you have to do this all to taste, not a specific recipes, you may also add tomatos, or whatever else you like.

Great guacamole dip

ingredients
2 Avocados check for softness the ones that are medium in softness and a little brown are the best
8 to 16oz sour cream (to your taste, I like a lot of it)
1 lemon cut into fourths
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocados in half and dig out all the good stuff in to a bowl, and smash with a fork.
cut the lemon in fourths use a forth of the lemon and squeeze it into the smashed avocado ( you can use more if you want)
Then use sour cream to your likening start with two table spoons, then add a little at a time.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Viola guacamole
I really like the tang with the lemon juice. I personally don't like it when people add a lot of stuff to the dip, it is suppose to be simple.

buy some avocados and some jalapenos and mash it

make salsa first.

4-6 tomatoes (depending on their size)
2-4 jalapeno or serrano peppers(depending on how spicy you want it you can add more)
1 small onion
1 cilantro bush
the juice of 2 limes
salt

dice everything into small pieces
add the lime juice and salt
and mix everything well. and you have salsa.

get about 4-5 ripe avocadoes, dice them up in small pieces and add them to your salsa.

cut up some yellow corn tortillas in triangle shape and deep fry them until crispy and sprinkle salt on them and you've made homemade tortilla chips. enjoy with your salsa and /or guacamole
