* Saute some mushroom and onions then make into a sauce with beef broth, red wine, and thicken with flour/roux. When ready to eat, add Sour Cream to the sauce.
* Cut in half and lay cut-side down on pizza
* Smash them up into a tomato sauce for a quick and easy meat sauce.
* Put them into the mix for a pasta bake, like a baked ziti with meatballs
* Wrap in puff pastry and bake for mini meatball wellington, or meatball "en croute"
* Saute with peppers, onions, and mushrooms then make a sandwich with American cheese for a "Philly Meatball/Cheese Sub"
* Add to tomato soup, or Minestrone soup for a special treat.
* Wrap in a wonton wrapper and poach in a traditional wonton soup, or a creative wonton soup.
* Cut in half and add to a grilled cheese sandwich - improvise around this theme.
* Pound out a piece of chicken breast very thin, and roll up with meatballs inside. Use standard breading (Flour, Eggs, Breadcrumbs) and fry. Serve with a marsala sauce.

You could put them an skewers with veggies and BBQ them, make stroganoff using cream of mushroom soup or brown them and then put them in a crock pot with sweet and sour sauce, add pineapple, green pepper and onions, serve over rice!
