Do you know how to make a carrot casserole? If so, how?
I am haveing 15 friends over and I need help on making a carrot casserole that all of them will like. Help!

hi Lexie, here is my favorite:
buy baby carrots prepackaged, (peeled and packaged in a plastic bag, one large bag), slice fine
two large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced fine
mozzarella cheese, (one 8 oz package, shredded)
one 8 oz cheddar, shredded
2 cups rotini or elbow pasta cooked al dente.
6 slices of bacon, fry and discard all the fat, chop fine
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup milk whisked with one egg
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 TBS olive oil
combine ingredients, put in a casserole dish, bake @350 for 40 minutes, serve with salad
I do not know and I do not want to know.
Why not just make some glazed carrots, cook sliced carrots in some butter, add some brown sugar?
