Question:

How do you stack the charcoal in a grill?

i need to know the perfect way

Answers:
Right in the middle as a pyramid pile. After they heat up and ash over then spread them over the surface with something like a stick.

Putting them in a pyramid formation will ensure all the coals properly ignite and get really hot.

if you use a lot of lighter fluid and a good match, the charcoal doesn't need to be stacked.... but typically the newspaper in the bottom and build yourself a pyramid... just like the pervious post!

Pile it up in a tight little pyramid. Doens't have to be precisely stacked, every briquet in place... just nice and close. Light. Once it's all white all over, then spread out to cook.

Or, use a Charcoal Chimney. You can get them at most places that sell charcoal, like a grocery store or Walmart.

I usually stack mines like a pyramid unless you have a chimney available. They can be purchased at your local Walmart.

Stack in a pyramid that has been treated with lighter fluid. Sprinkle over coals once stacked. Give a few minutes to allow soaking then light. Once ashed over keep stacked tight or add more coals to keep grill going.

I have a round 21 inch Weber grill and I stack my charcoal in a pyramid to one side and leave it there. I do my cooking on the opposite side from the coals. My grill works like a oven. I can cook two whole chickens with three links sausage in the cavity of each one in three hours.
