What are you making for your family tonight?!

I need some ideas...

Answers:
Beef Stew with Potatoes. First you wash your meat and season it, with some salt and pepper or season salt. Then you brown your meat, in a pan with a little oil.while you are doing that put your rice on to boil, brown or white. Cut your greens onions up,and bell peppers and one yellow onion about 1/2 cup of bell pepper and greens onion. Now that your meat is brown take it out of the pan.Now you need a good size pot to make your gravy, if you don't know how to make a roux, here is a tip.Tony Chachere's creole instant roux mix just do what the can say to do,and you be fine.Check on your rice it should be just right about now, it take about 1/2 hour for your rice to cook. Now it time to add your three bay leaves to your pot and 2 TBS parsley flakes now that you got all that in, it time for your potatoes. Just make sure that you wash them before you put them in the pot and cut them up in to four, now just let your potatoes cook and your meat get tender on a low to medium fire okay for about another 1/2 hour.. smile enjoy.
