Making Iced Coffee without adding ice?!

Question:

Making Iced Coffee without adding ice?

So I like the starbucks iced coffees you can buy in the cans, but honestly it tastes just like my coffee at home. But adding ice to cool off a pot of brewed coffee just waters down the coffee, right? Is the only way to 'chill' it in the fridge?

How does starbucks do it?

oh Sams that sounds very logical actually...like how you stick cans in coolers of ice to get them cold. Neat!

put ur glass of iced coffee in a deep large bowl of ice for a quick chill

I just make the coffee really strong. That way it turns out good - not watery.

Literally double up on the amount of coffee you use; or you can just put coffee, once cooled enough to put into a plastic container, into the freezer.

I make them but I do add ice, it's drank before the ice is melted though.

boil water and put about an ounce in a tall strong plastic cup. Add 3 heaping tsps of instant coffee and 3 packets of splenda, mix until dissolved. Put 3-4 ice cubes to cool it down, and fill your cup with milk.

Make a srong pot of coffee, and after it cools, pour it into ice cube trays and freeze them. That way as it melts, it won't water down your drink.
