Is red bull good for before running ?!

Question:

Is red bull good for before running ?

Is the energy drink red bull good for just before running.? Distance around 3 k.

Answers:
Not really, it has too much sugar and caffeine, and will dry you out. I would recommend XS energy drinks. They have no sugar and no carbs, the caffeine level is the same as a cup of coffee, and the best part is they have a large amount of B12 to give you a boost of real energy that won't make you crash in an hour or two.

Incredible Edibles

yea its ok but dont get use to it plz my husband always buys one every 4 hrs or so each time he goes for a run or what ever and now hes having trouble sleeping

No, it actually makes you weaker in a way because you are supossed to drink after you run and tht so you are not lazy, if you drink before, you have the possibility of getting a side ache or even throwing it back up!

no, you should work up your endurance naturally

No because i drank one before my soccer game and i got soooo dehydrated my mouth felt like a desert... i don't recommend it

it gives you cramps wile your running. try Gatorade or something like that

I think it would be.It could give you the extra push you need to make it the whole 3 k.Though you should take some water with you.

Red bull is ok to have before you run, but dont just drink the red bull, eat something healthy and bring a water bottle with you.

I drink energy drinks a lot and usually just for fun or at school, because i dont really get a kick off them

Another healthy drink is called
GURU
It is all natural and organic, but it still tastes good
