Question:

I need a Mexican recepie?

does any body know how to make that mexican dish its ummm pork with a red salsa i cant remeber the name of it or if u know how to make any regular slasa that goes with anything please let me know my husband is mexican and im from honduras so its kinda hard for me to make mexican food also if you know any good recipe for chicken but thats mexican and that dosent involve an oven please let me know PLEASE AND THANK YOU

ingredients
1 4-pound boneless pork butt or shoulder, trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 14 1/2-ounce cans chicken broth
3 cups (about) water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
4 red bell peppers, cut into1/4-inch-thick strips
4 poblano chilies, seeded, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
12 green onions, cut into matchstick-size strips
1 1/2 cups grated Monterrey Jack cheese
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro

18 warm 6-inch flour or corn tortillas

look up vallarta.com they have good recipes Its a local mex market but have really good deli there. I think you are looking for "chile colorado" I prefer verde.

salsa de tomatillo
4 tomatillos
cloves of ajo to your taste
2 roma tomatos
1 brown cebollia
fire roast them
little bit of knorr seasoning
red pepper flakes
blend together

Here's a hint for Mexican food... throw in a can of refried beans, melt some velveeta and pace picante and you're golden. :)

1 lb beef, ground
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped

1. Mix ground beef, taco seasoning mix, green chilies, finely chopped onion.
