tropical pepper jerk..and add some pinapple bits and cook..and its soo good..add a splash of rum to the mix also..very good.
Truly Caribbean sounds great. Do you have a recipe for this?
Not sure of the brand you are using- but Walker's makes a "paste" that comes in a small glass jar.

and you can put it and mix it with anything- chicken, beef, pork, shrimp.....
I rub the paste over the meat, bake for 40 minutes at 350 and then grill-works out great.
and serve with sweet potatoes and a rice/black bean/corn/salsa/mayo and cilantro salad....
