Homemade Chocolates?
I want to make make chocolates and have been looking online for recipes, all I can find are recipes for things containing chocolate not actual chocolate recipes. Can someone point me in the right direction.

you can add your own flavours alcohol etc while its soft the when its set use a melon baller to shape them . then if useing
dark ganache melt some white choc and useing a cocktail stick dip choc into it untill well coated then put on grease proof paper to set

brilliant recipe to make choc truffles
tried also, about a year ago, you cant get it on-line. all you get is schools for chocolate making.
i even experimented to figure it out however the end result not good.
ok .. i should get a medal for this as have dragged myself out of comfy chair to get this fab tried and tested recipe for you ...
Choc truffles
150g good quality plain chocolate
150ml thick double cream
1oz unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of rum or brandy
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
grind choc in processor until it looks granular like sugar. put cream, butter and alcohol in pan and bring to simmer. next add mixture to the choc and blend. add yoghurt, blend again. put in bowl, cover with clingfilm and pop infridge for several hours. next day divide the mixture up make your little truffles and coat with whatever, cocoa powder or add bits of ginger or coat with nuts. very easy and very yummy i hope this helps excuse if typos - really knackered ! nite nite x
