Is eating too much fruit snacks bad for you?
My niece loves fruit snacks and I was wondering if they are bad for her health. She eats a pack a day.

They contain sugar, but they are generally low in calories compared to other candy-type snacks, so I think she should be okay. Just limit her to maybe one or two little 'pouches' per day! Hope I helped!

A pack a day (like a single pack or a whole pack)? No I don't think so...though if it's too sugary yes...but probably not.
That's safe. Just use the old adage of "too much of anything isn't good".

by a pack a day, what does that translate into? How many ounces per pack, calories, carbs, etc.?
Eating a pack a day is not bad but my daughter ate like 5 a day for like a course of 5-6 months and now she has severe tooth decay.
Gives you a lot of sugar. Fresh fruit is better, especially now that summer is coming.
