White Chocolate Mmmmystery?!

Question:

White Chocolate Mmmmystery?

Can I substitute white chocolate baking squares for white chocolate chips in a recipe? Is there a difference, or will I be able to taste the difference? Would it change my dessert?

Answers:
Sure, go ahead. Just check the fat content, to make sure you aren't adding too little or too much and they'll melt or soften at the same temperature as the chips, and chop 'em up. Might make it look better than those uniform little drops, too.

You can't go wrong by adding white chocolate in any form to anything.
