Do you have a different idea on what to make for dinner?!

Question:

Do you have a different idea on what to make for dinner?

I was going to make tuna cassorole. But is there a better idea out there?

Answers:
Breakfast for dinner - bacon, eggs, pancakes. Or - cereal and toast if you're in a rush.

Sorta cold today - soup with fresh bread.

Sorta hot today - sandwiches.

Not really all that hungry - salad.

Starving - steak and potatoes.

Smells like home - baked chicken with veggies.

Don't want to have to clean up - order a pizza.

Don't want to clean up but don't want to spend the money on a pizza - hot dogs and chips.

Would love nothing better than to spend the entire evening cleaning up - Make your own tacos (even more fun when they decide to have a food fight - NEVER serve this at a boy's birthday party!)

In the mood for BBQ - shish-ke-bobs with peppers, mushrooms, onions, beef and/or chicken and/or shrimp.

In the mood for BBQ but don't have a grill - smother a bunch of chicken thighs with bottled BBQ sauce, cover with foil and cook in the oven at 350 until it stops clucking.

Not in the mood to eat meat - rice with stir fry veggies.

But not in the mood for veggies either - popcorn.

Hungrier than popcorn - bean and cheese burritos with those cook them yourself tortillas from Costco - yum...

Kids Choice - Make your own sundae - ice cream, toppings, whipped cream and cherries.

Have fun!
