Ghormeh Sabzi (a Persian veggie stew that is eaten with rice)...
japanese. but i liked the cooked stuff. the teriyaki beef on the bbq, the katsu chicken (fried chicken), the curry, the croquettes, the noodles, the pickled stuff too.
once in a long while I'll take the sashimi.
Pretty much anything with chicken. Especially cold roast chicken, that rocks.
