I like sauteed mushrooms with some onion and garlic.
Mushrooms are always great with garlic and onions. The one really important thing about cooking mushrooms is not to move them, let them sit in one spot in a hot skillet and start to brown before you stir, do not touch them!! Also do not salt them until they are done,salt will draw out the water and prevent them from browning.
I like mine well done, then i add chili flakes and sour cream.
