What's the difference between iodized table salt and Kosher salt?!

Question:

What's the difference between iodized table salt and Kosher salt?

And why do chefs prefer either Kosher salt or sea salt over regular table salt?

Answers:
Sea Salt is more expensive that table iodized tabel salt. Sea salt has other minerals in it like sulfate, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. It is more expensive than regular salt, but it does not have iodine. Table salt is iodized because iodine is essential for health. Deficiency will cause your thyroid gland to swell very large. Sea salt should not be used as a replacement for iodized table salt, instead it should be an additive. Sea salt is preferred by chefs because of the texture, taste, and variety. Different seas give different tastes. It dissolves differently so it affects the outcome of the food being prepared. Sea salt should not be used only, it is too expensive, it is just for taste. The other nutrients are miniscule, so they just affect flavor.
Kosher salt is courser, and has no iodine. Chefs like this because iodine gives a metallic flavor. Without iodine, the taste is cleaner. The grain is bigger soo chefs are able to grab more. It saves time and adds flavor, but still use iodized salt because Iodine is very important.

I have alot of food alergies and my dr said I am only allowed sea salt after using it you notice the difference other salt is processed natural sea salt is off white in colour and it still contains all of its mineral benefits for better health as well as better flavor you can always put it in a grinder I just
add it whole to the pot
