The fish is white and already flakey? To see if it is cook usualy I judge by flakyness but it already falling apart?

The fish is white and already flakey? To see if it is cook usualy I judge by flakyness but it already falling apart?

Fish is cooked when you do not see any of the raw flesh remaining. To test this, flake off some fish and if it is white in the case of white fish you are fine. Another test is to see the flakiness. If it flakses with a fork with little pressure, the fish is cooked.

As soon as it's flaky it's done. It doesn't take long.

Fish is usually white and pulls apart easily when cooked.
