I'd say raw because it's still all natural with the nutrients, instead of altered.

Depends on the seed and its composition. Some are more digestable when roasted. Many raw seeds are not digestable

Since becoming a vegan I have only ate raw seeds!

They are both good for you. Doesn't matter raw or not.

usually raw, but there are some seeds whose protein content cannot be digested easily by the human body. Raw seeds have proteins which are less denatured than roasted seeds.
