Make ahead/freezable diabetic entree ideas?
I would like to bring a meal over to a friend that has had surgery. Just in case she and her husband don't want to eat it right away, I would like it to be make ahead or freezable. Then, they could just pop it into the oven when they were ready to eat it, and they wouldn't have wasted food. She is diabetic, so a diabetic recipe would probably be best.

Everything is freezable as long as you take care to wrap it or place it in a airtight container, preferably a microwave proof container with plastic wrap lying directly on the contents, I used to do this for my Mother. Here is a great site with a wonderful selection of recipes, please enjoy:
