hi there i have a sort of auto immune problem with body through years of neglect for example im really over weight with slow metabolism, really bad seb derm gettign worse as i get older, bier spots which are bodys way of dealing with cold and stress, hairloss and no energy and depression, im looking for tips on helping me dailly ie excercise and eating, i dont want to do the same thing i did before and over do it and i dont want to under do it, so what would be a perfect dailly routine from what i eat to what excercise i should do, please be as detailed as possible from what i ahve for breakfast to before i go to bed what to eat and what not and also remember i have auto immune problems what would help me over coem this thanks for any help given

You need to start your day with fresh fruits.
For specifics though you need to be more specific. Can you drink milk? Yes, have granola cereal. cranberry juice, orange juice.
Lunch, eat your greens. Salad only 2 oz. of dressing allowed. Spinach, broccoli, etc.too! Go Green, if its green you can eat it and dont dont worry about too much.
Dinner, LOW CARBS! A harty soup would be good. A lean source of meat would be exceptable. Fish? If you can best poached.

Then exersize, no not 100 push ups. A walk along a certain area. Something simple that brings your heart rate up for five minutes three times a day. Then gradually increase five minutes to ten.
Water, the answer to the fountain of youth is water. Clear and clean water will help your blood supply what your body needs.
Water weight is added by the need of drinking water. Drink water all day long.
Ones urine should be clear not yellow.
Yellow pee is a dehydrated body.
I can not talk enough about water.
I hardly get sick since I began drinking water on a regular basis.
Soda is a syrup that is carbinated. When it is consumed it gets broke down in your body as a syrup and gives you a sugar high and a bad digestional track.
If you get hungry at night eat home made popcorn. Canola oil in a stock pot on med heat. This is filling and well, not bad for you.
Eat things like yogurt that has live cultures in it. Dannon makes an immune system supporting yougurt now called DanActive. The cultures in the yogurt should help stabilize you immune system. Hope I helped a little!
