what are some quick and easy weight loss tips

Answers:
Calorie control is the key. For every 3500 calories you burn, you loose 1 pound. Same thing for gaining, for every 3500 calories that you burn, you loose 1 pound.

Your body naturally burns a certain amount of calories per day WITHOUT exercise. Go to this link: http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/b... Put in your height, age, weight, and activity level and you'll get home many calories you burn in a day.

For example, I naturally burn 1800 calories per day, so I decreased my calorie intake to just 1300 per day (1800-1300=500 calories burned per day) hence, with this, I would loose a pound a week (500x7=3500 calories burned per week) Follow me?

This reeeally works. I did this and lost 25 pounds in a few months!!! Combining this with exercise like jogging DRASTICALLY speeds up the weight loss. You'll see the pounds melting off of you...Trust Me!!

Also, drink LOTS of water (2.5 liters/day), eat healthy (cut out sugar & processed carbs), and split your meals up into 4-5 SMALLER, more frequent meals per day instead of 3 large meals (this keeps your metabolism going strong throughout the day).

Sorry, this is so long, but trust me...this works and it's easy once you get in the groove of it.

Drink lots of water, montior your calories and exercise, exercise, exercise!

Drink a lot of water, take a walk every now and then, avoid excess sugar and fat, and enjoy life!

I don't believe that there is any way to easily loose weight. But there are a few things that you can do. First off is calorie control. People in the US seem to over eat. Given that the standard amount served as one main dish is probably enough to feed 2 people if you calorie count.
Take a look at what your daily diet consists of. Try to level out the extra unneeded sugars and fats.

Other then that… Running is the cheapest exercise for individuals to loose calories. I have found that if you can find a friend that has similar goals is a great way to not only start but also to continue exercising on a regular basis. Plus you can motivate one another.

Good luck.

Exercise in the morning; if at all possible (that alone will burn more calories than activity in the afternoon or evening). After doing one type of activity for a month, do something else for the next 30 days: ie. start walking, then ride a bicycle or whatever strikes your fancy. Eliminate carbonated soft drinks totally from diet. Make dinner your lightest meal (stays with you). Do not skip a meal; the body will produce extra fat to make up for it. Have a sensible breakfast...natural cereal w/fiber or oatmeal or fruit. Lunch is very important; have a good one...make good choices, like green vegetables, salads and a healthy entree. That should help get you going!

Everyone is right...calorie control and exercise...but while you're thinking about that think about sugars...starches (carbohydrates) store as fat in your cell...if not extended in exercise...build. Try limiting carbs to your early meals...more time to resolute during the day. Trust me this will make a big difference. I'm not saying do an Atkins diet, but just think about what you are eating and when..Try no carbs after lunch...see if after 10 days or so, if it makes a difference. It's a relatively easy adjustment.

Here, this is as easy as I can make it;
1.Eat less,
2. Exercise more.
