no water does not help u gain or loose weight walking or taking a jog

Yes, water is filling and therefore makes you eat less. Do not starve yourself and only drink water though. You still need to eat, just watch what you eat and eat healthy things.

yes.
especially if you drink 8oz right before a meal....you'll be full sooner. Did you know it takes your stomach 20min to tell your brain you've had enough? Water is also great at cleansing all the toxins in your system.

yes..of course.. because if u drink water ur tummy is filled.. and then u wont eat too much.. also it cleanses ur body which is very important while loosing weight.. not only is it usefull for weight loss.. but drinking water also keeps ur skin clear, acne free.. and healthy...

yes, it does because it detoxifies your system and flushes out the water you have been storing in your body and it aids your metabolism. BUT it won't fill you up in order to function throughout the day and the same thing with 100% fruit juice. though they're the best non-dairy fluids you can put into your body, they don't offer any source of energy. skim milk is a very healthy way of losing weight because it is more substantial than water of juice so it will definitely keep you full for a longer period of time. being SKIM milk and not whole, or 2%, is the added bonus because you're not drinking milk with the fat content.

but don't forget to actually EAT FOOD! liquid diets are not the best way to lose and maintain weight. you need to eat healthy in order to properly function otherwise you'll faint from the lack of food.

yes
