It's a matter of personal taste. To some people, yes, it tastes good. To some, not so much. Personally, I like my meat nearly raw (less than a millimeter cooked on each side of the steak). It's more tender and has a gentler flavor than thoroughly cooked meat. Of course, on the other hand, most of the people I know say that it's gross and bloody that way. So, try it and see!

raw fishes like in sushi and sashimi are really good... raw chicken meat? don't even try!!! it's bad for the health... medium rare beef is juicy and tender if you can dare try it...

Raw meat is tasty, depending in the recipe. Beef Steak Tartare is a classic, capers, pickle, lemon onion and so on. Look it up. I will always tastes mousses and ground meats before I cook them raw, taste fine.
