Scoop out the eggs yolks from the eggs. In a mixing bowl add the eggs yolks, add mustard, vinegar (whatever you prefer), mayonaise. I like to add tumeric and chili powder. Mix all together until it is a paste. Scoop the filling back into the eggs and top the eggs with paprika for color and taste, enjoy.

I mash up the yolks, add mayonnaise, some plain yellow mustard then salt and pepper to taste. I don't measure either the mayo or mustard, just put it in until it tastes good to me. I added crab meat in one batch and shrimp to another, but didn't really care for it that much. mix egg yolks with mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, very easy.

I whip a couple fresh ripe avacadoes with the egg yolks add a splash of lime juice.
I add cooked and chopped bacon bits to it and top it off with a cilantro leaf.
It will be green but its good!

i mix the mashed egg yolks with mayo, mustard powder, lemon juice, white pepper, and minced onions. spoon back into whites and sprinkle with either real bacon bits or paprika. chill for at least 2 hours.

i like the classic devilled eggs
so i simply scoop out the egg yolk and mix with mayo until i get a good consistancy, add a bit of salt, pepper and paprika, stir, fill the eggs, then sprinkle more paprika over top

I mix mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a small bowl until it tastes the way I like it - a bit tangy. I mash the egg yolks in a seperate bowl and then start adding the mustard, mayo mixture to it until it's the right consistency. Spoon back into the halved eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
