Oreo Truffles: (Yield: approximately 45)

1pkg of Oreos
1 pkg of Cream Cheese
1 Pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Take nine cookies from the pack, crush them and set aside.

Crush the rest of the oreos in a large bowl ( a food processor works too), and add the cream cheese, mix well. Shape into balls about 1-in in diameter.

Melt the chocolate chips on a double boiler. Dip the oreo balls into the chocolate, sprinkle reserved oreos on top. and put on a cookie sheet to set( putting them in fridge helps set faster if you are pressed for time).

There should be enough left over for the others to take home.

Very Yummy, I made them for the derby party we had at work.

this is something fun that doesn't need to be baked and simple. it' called worms in mud sounds gross but the kids will love it. you take chocolate pudding {pudding packs will be faster and can stay individual} and you add gummy worms. and then you can crumble either oreo cookies on top. yum. so it goes like this.

chocolate pudding on bottom
gummy worms in middle.
crumbled oreo cookies on top.

if you get the instant pudding just follow the box instructions and put it in cups.

Make chocolate pudding then add crushed oreo cookies to the top to make dirt then add gummy worms to the top. Perfect for a kids birthday! Hope the party is wonderful!

On the baking aisle at your local grocery store you should be able to find some plastic cup cake cups? I'm not sure what to call them but they come in fun shapes like stars, hearts, etc.. and many people bake cup cakes in them. You can also put jello in them, or even brownies. If you make jello, buy some gummy bears, worms, etc. and put those in. They are juicer if you put them in when the jello is still in liquid form. It's something simple, fun, inexpensive, and you can just throw them away afterwards.

Chocolate no bake cookies are always good. Also at craft stores they have molds for chocolate lolli-pops. Just melt the chocolate in the molds and refridgerate!

go get some choclate coverd prettzels

Build an ice cream cone tower (arrange cones upside down and stack them until there is one on top). Place candle on top most cone.

Serve cones with variety of ice cream, including chocolate of course, so that each child can choose. Can include toppings also.

Have fun!
