Answers:
I don't know about those but to make the best Buffalo wings

First parboil wings then fry them.

For the sauce, melt 1 stick margarine in pan. Add 1 can tomatoe sauce (8 oz). Then add Louisanna Hot Sauce to taste. Dip wings and serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.

The real deal. I learned from a native from Buffalo.

Deep fry the wings. While the wings are being deep fried, put a little oil in a pan and add Lousiana hot sauce to it When hot, turn the heat off.

Once the wings are done, dip them in the warm hot sauce. If you like spicier, leave them in the sauce for longer.

VERY DELICIOUS.

ENJOY.

Hot 'n' Spicy Chicken Wings:

4 to 5 pounds chicken wings*
1/3 cup Melvyn's Seasoning Mix
1 cup hot sauce

Cut off wing tips, and discard; cut wings in half at joint, if desired.

Stir together Melvyn's Seasoning Mix and hot sauce.

Place wings in a large shallow dish or large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Pour half of hot sauce mixture over wings. Cover or seal; chill for 3 hours, turning occasionally. Cover and chill remaining hot sauce mixture.

Remove wings from marinade, discarding marinade.

Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 15 minutes on each side or until done, basting occasionally with reserved hot sauce mixture.

*1 (4-pound) package frozen party-style chicken wings, thawed, may be substituted.

In plastifc bag or bowl, place Lawrey's seasoned salt, curry powder, garlic powder, paprika, white vinegar, Lots of butter, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper.

Coat wings and small legs in this mixture - the longer the hotter...and bake or fry.

Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
(and a Big Red, of course!)

I'm not sure if you can find them on the Internet, but often restaurants (or, in your case Brookings Market) share their recipes...so, first, I would contact them and see whether they'll share their recipe...

if I were you, I would add a jigger of Scotch to your BBQ sauce and also some Jamaican jerk seasoning...I know you didn't want Tabasco or cayenne but hang in there with me...

add your orange juice concentrate...your wings will still be hot and spicy but the orange juice will infuse and marry with the other flavors

To make true Buffalo wings from the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo.

The wings must be deep fried.

The sauce consists of "Frank's Louisana Hot Sauce" and plain old butter. Mix the 2 until the desired heat is obtained.

Place the wings in a bowl right out of the fryer and toss with the sauce. Serve and Enjoy
