Check out Cold Stone's website. It gives the nutritional information on all of their products. I was on it one day and was absolutely shocked at the amount of fat in their ice cream. I stopped eating the ice cream and switched to the berry yogurt item for less fat. (You can sign up your child for a free like it or love it cup on their birthday)
