How to make macaroni/tuna salad?!

Question:

How to make macaroni/tuna salad?

All I have and want to do is mix the elbow macaroni w/ the tuna(mayo mixed of course) . Normally there would be diced celery but i dont have any.

So what do I do, just boil the macaroni.. then drain it w/ cold water.. mix the mayo w/ the tuna first, then just mix the 2 together?

That's my idea, unless there's a better method.

OK, I am famous for mine but maybe it won't suit your taste. Here goes. I cook the macaroni until its al dente. I hate soggy pasta. I add a can of drained tuna, a hardboiled egg. I use Miracle Whip. I love real Mayo but not in my tuna salad. I also add finely chopped onion, some sweet relish if I have it. Also I add defrosted frozen peas. Do not cook them or they will be too mushy. Salt and pepper to taste. It is great. Whenever I bring it anywhere it goes fast and everyone asks me for the recipe. It is one of those things where you put in what you like and leave out what you don't.

I made some last night. I don't rinse the macaroni, I don't like it to get soggy. I just drain it and stir well to be sure all the water is out. Then into the fridge to chill a bit. Do you have any sweet pickles to dice up, or at least some sweet relish to add? Otherwise it's going to be pretty bland. Mix it up any way you'd like, I would just stir it all at once. Black olives are tasty too, sliced in half if the big ones.

Yes, boil the macaroni, drain it, rinse it with cold water... mix the mayo with the tuna, add a small amount of onion, red pepper, black olives, salt, pepper, and some grated cheddar cheese. Yummy!

so far so good, i would add some pickle relish or chopped onion if u have it, also i like a little mustard in there, just a little, and garlic salt, n pepper, or leave it super plain n easy. still good :)
