I don't know yet, whatever my poorly tummy will let me have! Probably a banana and some yoghurt whizzed up with soya milk and a spoonful of oats with plenty of ice. It's very nice and doesn't seem to want to escape! lol
I'm drinking blueberry rooibos....yum!

I haven't even thought about it yet but it will be a simple easy one
Lipton's black tea with honey and some milk. In fact, I had two cups of tea tonight simply because the first was so yummy and comforting that I wanted another one.
It's Bloody cold here so I started a big pot of soup earlier but I am hungry now so it will be baked beans on toast with a poach egg on top, and a mug of soup to take to bed.
