Where can I buy ginseng extract?!

Question:

Where can I buy ginseng extract?

I spend too much on bottled green tea. I came across this great recipe that mimicks Arizona green tea with honey and ginseng. I just can't find the ginseng extract to complete the recipe. Help! please :) This will save a ton of money in the long run as i drink about two of these at work a day.

Big cities usually have chinatowns where you could buy it, and even some non-franchised health food stores probably sell it as well. Of course, you can get it online too...

Hope it helps...

it depends on where you live chinese stores will probably sell it astore right by my house sells it

If you dont have a chinese area in the city you live in, any good size health food store should stock it. If not they can easily order it for you.

Either a chinese medicine hall or a regular pharmacy of course.

You don't need ginseng extract. Just buy ginseng tea (comes in tea bags---Prince of Peace brand) in Chinese stores.

By the ways, it's not good to drink ginseng every day. Once in a while to tonify qi deficiency is OK, but every day will cause stagnation and dampness (it'll clog up your digestive system).
