My mother cooked from a box

I remember microwave pizza

Pretty much the same as today. There was a health food craze of tofu, and that kind of thing, but mostly it was the same. Big Macs came out in the 80's, if that helps.

T.V. Dinners, Beans and weenies, pot pies.

porridge with lots of brown sugar
Twinkies
fish an chips
and on special occasions a hangi

Potato pancakes, waffles, banana splits, bubble and squeek.. Ohhh I'm hungry gotta go.....

It always depends upon the family! Pretty much the same, but more natural, I should say.

diners were big then... chef salads... there was a boom of british pub eateries & japanese food became popular then I think... oh and chef boyardee was the ramen noodles of today.
