Increase in appetite.?
okay so, a couple weeks ago i was very depressed & i never had an appetite or anything. i was diagnosed with an eating disorder also.. which could of played a role in that.
but, now, this week i have an increase in appetite, and i am in such better moods. i keep craving a lot of things, and eating a lot! i don't know why? Could it be my period coming, or something else? I just really don't want to gain weight..and i feel like i'm ruining my diet :(
Any advice, or information? :)

Women seem to have this phenomenon. It is quite natural. When you had the stress, you did no want to eat. That is natural. When hormone levels rise at the time of the month, it sends serotonin to the body. This chemical is a feel good drug and make you feel calm and relaxed. As long as you can control the desire for food you should be fine, the chemical subsides after about 4 days. Don't worry about it, it will all work out. Hope this helps.
