Beans or cheese?!

Question:

Beans or cheese?

on toast!

Answers:
I'll choose beans than cheese (though it depends if it is low-fat). However, you'll get more nutrition in beans than cheese since it is a good source of protein and heavier- thus, making you feel full throughout the morning.

Cheese is a good source of calcium too but beans is best. It is low in GI than cheese. Better to snack that cheese or add them in your lunch or dinner.

both put refried beans on your toas bread and put chees on it preferebly "queso friesco" or motzzarela chees if its motzzarela put it for 30 to 50 seconds in the microwave to melt it a litle bit and then put some slices of abocato with a litle bit of salt. that will make the a spanish snack

Cheese for me. I'd never heard of beans on toast until I started reading YA. And I still have no idea how to make it.
