I drink pepermint tea?!

I drink pepermint tea?

i drink about2 cups of pepermint tea aday n i heard it is really good for you....what makes is so good what does it do?

It's really good for digestion and helps ease stomach upsets as it contains a muscle relaxant that can stop cramping. The menthol also stops bad breath!

If you have acid reflux you should avoid peppermint tea as it relaxs the stomach so much it can make more acid pass back up into the gullet causing more symptoms.

I think it might be good for digestion.

Peppermint Tea is very good for the stomach especially, but has many benifits.

it is generally refreshing, but I don't know about long term health benefits. It used to be a home remedy for mild gastritis (indigestion) and it has a cooling effect... But nothing significant.

i like to drink p tea in the hot weather as it helps me to cool down and stop the dehydration.

Its also good at waking u up in the morning - contains natural caffeine. Its a stimulant.

it's got special herbs that can help with all kind's of things like migranes, muscle paines, some packs actually specify what they are good for but not all of them do....
